The Joy Set Collective

Privacy Policy

Who we are

The Joy Set Collective is a community platform. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data in line with UK GDPR.

What we collect

Name, email address, professional role, and — if you choose to complete the Open Door Pledge sign-up — information about what you can give, what you want, what you'd like to receive, and which blueprint areas are relevant to you.

Why we collect it

To register your membership, to operate the Open Door Pledge, and — only where you separately consent — to make selected information visible to other members in a future Open Door Exchange directory.

Your consent

Signing the Open Door Pledge does not automatically make your details public. Appearing in the future Open Door Exchange directory requires a separate, explicit opt-in, which you can withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as you remain a member, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent for directory listing at any time, by contacting community@thejoysetcollective.com.

Where it's stored

Your data is stored securely with our database provider.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page if how we handle data changes, and note the date of the last update below.
