The Repositioning brought The Joy Set Collective together with Antilles Network for an experience centred on reflection, possibility and the power of women creating space for one another.
It was about creating the conditions for women to pause, reconnect with themselves and each other, and consider how they wanted to position themselves for what came next.
The Collaboration
A shared commitment
The experience demonstrated the power of partnership between communities with a shared commitment to Black women's wellbeing, growth and possibility.
Working with Antilles Network, we contributed to an environment where conversation, reflection, affirmation and connection became part of the experience rather than something happening around it.

The Affirmations
Mirror
The Repositioning combined community, conversation and intentional moments of reflection.
Women were invited to contribute words, messages and affirmations, transforming an individual act of reflection into something collective.
Each contribution became something another woman could encounter, receive and carry forward.
Left by one woman. Found by another.

When women share what they know, what they have learned and what they can offer, individual wisdom becomes collective resource.
The Blueprint
We do not have to build everything alone.
Our communities already hold extraordinary knowledge, experience, networks and resources. The opportunity is to create the structures through which more of that can be shared.
This thinking continues through The Joy Set Collective's commitment to collaboration, philanthropy, shared networks and the Open Door Pledge.
